Program Details
• The Customer Loyalty Rebate Program is valid for new customers who switch their oil change services to PMFS®.
• Customers will receive a $5 rebate for each oil change performed by PMFS® for a period of six months from the date of enrollment.
• Rebates can be accumulated and used towards future repairs or services at PMFS®.
• Rebates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This program cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated by PMFS®.
